All of the Koopalings gathered in the confeence room once again. They all had plans,except Larry,who hadn't even shownr up. He had no plan,and was afraid Ludwig would slice his head off if he didn't. Ludwig sat in his chair,hands clasped,as he listened to his siblings' plans once again. Iggy's,as usual was silly,and pretty dumb. Ludwig hadn't said a word to any of them,he just sat there and listened to them all. Once Lemmy had finished,feeling quite proud of himself,Ludwig rose up,with an annoyed look to his face. Everyone shrank down in their chairs,as they listened to his ranting.
"Vell,all I can say,iz zat ZESE ARE VORSE ZAN LAST TIME. I gave you all a simple zing to do. Create a plan,zat vill give us revenge on Mario. SIMPLE. But,I guess ZAT vas too hard for you all. It's a good zing I hov a plan. Ve vill carry out mein plan tonight. Midnight. If you are late,I vill make sure Fazzer doesn't let you help him take over kingdoms anymore." Ludwig said arrogantly. He marched off to his room,to prepare for his plans. Wendy gasped after he told them that they may not be able to take over kingdoms anymore. That was her favorite thing! Ludwig wouldn't DARE take that away,right? Well,maybe he would. Everyone else went off to the other parts of the castle and waited to midnight to call them.
In the bowels of Castle Koopa,the dungeons an eerie silence fell. There hadn't been a prisoner there in months,maybe even years. Until that night. The Koopalings all stood in the torture chamber,around a prisoner. Ludwig's plan had worked! They had all cheered and giggled as they had dragged the prisoner to the cell. The hands of the prisoner were binded together,his mouth was taped shut,and his legs were also binded tightly. He was then chained to a chair. Roy and Morton stood behind him,ready to pop in the back of the head if anything went wrong. Lemmy,clueless as ever stood on his head. Everyone else,stood patiently awaiting the prisoner to wake up. The green plumber hatted prisoner. One better known as,Luigi. He had been knocked out cold,a complete accident,by Roy.
"Vell,vell,vell. You are Luigi. Fancy you being here. Don't try to get avay,ve have guards everyvhere. Ve just vant to ask you some zings,and zen maybe ve vill take you to a nicer dungeon. Maybe." Ludiwg said cooly to Luigi. Luigi stared at him with eyes of confusement. "So,vhy don't ve get started,huh? Sounds good. Iv you revuse,ve vill just make sure you never see davn ever again." Ludwig said,flicking Luigi's nose.
"Excuse me?" Luigi said,wrinkling his nose. "I have no idea what you just said." He said,shrinking himself due to Ludwig's angry glare. "Well,I..I can't understand your accent! Maybe,one of the others could say it more clealry for me?" Luigi said,gesturing towards Iggy and Larry.
"Vell,I guess. Larry! Tell this SCHEISSKOPF mein plans." Ludwig ordered hastily. Larry shuffled over in front of Luigi and repeated what Ludwig had said. "Oh,I get it now! Ok,uh...I guess I can answer some questions..." Luigi hesitated.
Meanwhile,in the halls of Castle Koopa,Bowser Jr. stomped off to his Father's room. He knocked hastily on the door,and Kamek opened it. Kamek let Jr. into the room,not really knowing what he wanted. Kamek flew to Bowser on his broomstick,and whispered to him. Bowser motioned for Jr. to come to him,as Jr. began to tattle on his siblings.
"PAPA! Ludwig and the others are doing something evil! And they wouldn't let me help! And Roy beat me up,just cause I wanted to go! You gotta make them let me help! It isn't fair!" Jr. whined. Bowser let him continue,actually happy that his other children were doing something evil. "And they kidnapped Luigi! They wouldn't even let me help! I woulda been a great helper!" Jr. whined again,unhappy as Bowser's face lit up,instead of darkening.
"So,they made an evil plan,huh? I see nothing wrong with that! Taking after me,kidanapping and all. And Luigi even! Man,they're doing great! Go tell them how proud I am of them!" Bowser boasted,as he handed Jr. a small note. It read,'Great job,you all! Keep it up!' Jr. stomped out of the room,and crumpled the note up. He didn't WANT to give it to them. They didn't deserve it! Why couldn't he help? He would be great at that,right? It just wasn't fair at all. Jr. sulked off to his room,and played the Kidnap Peach game with his toys.
In the dungeons,Ludwig told Larry what to tell Luigi. Ludwig hated Luigi. 'Zere's nozing vrong viz mein accent!' He thought,and glared at Luigi.Morton had fallen asleep,and Iggy was becoming bored. Luigi was really fussy. He wouldn't give them the answers they desired. Ludwig was so close to ordering Roy to smack him in the face. Maybe that could knock some sense into him. Or,they could just kill him. But where would that get them? Nowhere. Ludwig whispered something into Iggy and Roy's ears,and they quickly ran out of the dungeon. The second half of this plan was going to be great.
Not thirty minutes after Ludwig had sent Iggy and Roy away,they came back with Mario in their grip. He was knocked out. His gloves were a rusty brown,and his cap was muddy. They obviously had to struggle to get him all the way here.
"HEY! LET HIM GO! Please?" Luigi shouted,but then quickly realizing where he was,shut his mouth. Roy threw Mario into another chair,and tied his wrists and ankles. He smacked Mario in the cheek,which woke him up. His eyes were wide with fear,but they lightened when they were set on Luigi. Phew. At least he was here. Mario didn't know WHY he was there,in a dungeon,but he didn't like it there. Ludwig pushed Larry in front of him,forcing him to speak.
"W...well we're sure you're wondering why you're here,huh? Well,we wanna ask you some stuff,and then we'll decide your fate." Larry stammered. After a while,Ludwig realized Mario and Luigi would tell them nothing. They were very resistant. Ludwig had Roy smack,kick and punch them an uncountable number of times,and they were still refusing to say anything. Ludwig was being forced to go into phase three of his plan.
"Vell since you von't tell us anyzing,ve'll just leave you in here for a veek or so,and see hov you like it. Ve'll feed you,ov course,but don't expect anyzing special." Ludwig said,ordering his siblings out of the dungeon cell. Before they all had cleared out,Roy locked Mario and Luigi's wrists onto some hanging chains. That was Roy and only Roy's idea. He loved to torture others.
Once a week had passed,the Koopalings filed into the dungeon cell. Mario and Luigi had done fine. Which was odd. They didn't even beg to be let go. Most prisoners would beg for mercy. These were really defiant plumbers. Especially Mario. Ludwig hated them both for this.
"Vell,vill you tell us vhat ve vant KNOV? All ve vant to knov is hov in any vorld you can beat us so quickly! And,vell I can't tell you zee rest of mein plan JUST yet. You can vait vor zat." Ludwig said.
"NEVER!" Mario and Luigi both shouted. "We don't really have a secret,anyways. It's all in practice,my enemy." Mario replied. Ludwig glared at him angrily. "You know,even if I DID have a secret,I wouldn't go off and tell you!" He yelled,right in Ludwig's face. That just made Ludwig angrier.
"Vell,vhy don't ve just make you our permanent prisoners. Ve'll throw in a Koopa or Goomba every vonce in a vhile,like you do us,vhen you barge into our castles!" Ludwig scoffed,slamming the dungeon door shut.
Mario and Luigi accepted being prisoners of the Koopalings. They knew there wasn't much they could do about it. They thought the Koopalings wouldn't really do much. If they were anything like their Dad,they couldn't take over kingdoms for very long.They were kinda,sorta wrong. Without the plumbers to help them,the kingdoms soon went nuts. The Koopalings hadn't even DONE anything to them yet!
"Vell,zis is going vell. Zere's just vone problem." Ludwig said to Iggy and Roy. "In mein plan I planned to,vell you knov,make vone of zem...dead. Roy,can you make that happen?" Ludwig asked Roy.
"My pleasure,big bro. Which one? I've always dreamed of making Mario go..you know,DEAD." Roy shouted,a bit too loud. "Make it so." Ludwig whispered. He had just realized what Roy was about to do. He really couldn't believe it. It was what he had always wanted. They should have done this a long time ago!
"Oh,Mario!" Roy said playfully,marching to the dungeon. "I've got somethin' fer youuu!" He said,holding a dagger behind his back. Mario thought he was giving him his daily meal. It was easy to get used to that.
Roy opened the doors to the dungeon,and closed them tightly behind him. He pushed Luigi away from him and stepped closer to Mario.He held the dagger firmly in his fist. He gripped Mario's shoulder,and drove the small dagger into Mario's chest. Mario gasped in horror,and fell to the ground in a pool of blood. Luigi gasped in horror as well,and fainted. Roy quickly ran out of the dungeon and into Ludwig's room.
"Ludwig,the deed is done. What should we do now?" Roy asked Ludwig. As Roy had told him Mario hd been taken care of,Ludwig smiled widely. An evil smile. He was happy. Crazy happy,in a crazy way. Ludwig had no idea WHAT to do with Mario. Bury him? Tell Father? Both? Both sounded good,yes.
"FAZZER." Ludwig shouted,opening the room of Bowser's court. "I hov some vonderful nevs vor you!" Bowser's eyes lightened. He liked good news. It was the best kind of news. "Vell,Roy,viz the direction me,hov killed Mario. Luigi is still the dungeon. Ve must alert zee Princess at vonce! You can nov hov vhat you've alvays vanted!" Ludwig excalimed,seeing the joy in his Father's eyes.
"Ludwig! Roy! You've done what I couldn't have done for twenty years! We must get the Princess in here immediately!" Bowser exclaimed,flailing his arms.
