Name: Steve the Shyguy
Species: Shyguy
Hometown: From the humble and dank ‘Shady Village’. A number of crudely built huts have been built here to serve as houses. It lies on the borders of the Mushroom Kingdom and the Darklands.
Personality: Steve is quite an eccentric guy. He often speaks in short phrases, almost in riddle, but doesn’t really make much sense. He acts pretty laid-back but for all we know, he’s done more thinking then anyone! He’s charismatic and intelligent at times, but only depending on what character he’s playing as. He’s not a real ‘rules’ kind of guy.
Even more strangely noted, Steve doesn’t seem to have any knowledge of his skills in different jobs until specific phrases are said in his company. For instance, Steve won’t have any recollections of being a doctor until the following phrase is spoken, “GOOD LORD, WE NEED A DOCTOR!!” Or something to a similar effect, and suddenly he’ll take on the doctor profession.
Appearance: Steve looks just like any other Shyguy, except his hood is composed of horizontal green stripes, dark green and light green. He also adorns the infamous mask.
History: Steve lived in his village for a number of years, and strangely enough, took on all of the jobs there, including Police-Guy, Fire-Guy, Lawyer-Guy, Executive Chef-Guy, and Detective-Guy to name a few. When a few Shyguys from his village go missing, he tracks them down ‘Sherlock Guy’ style, only to find that they’re already dead. Since he was the only one to find them, the village’s logical reasoning was that Steve must’ve killed them. He claims to be an innocent guy but without apprehension of the real killer, he can’t prove it. Thus he was cast out of his village to wander the world, partially in search for the one true killer, and partially distracted and not remembering he was cast out in the first place.
Level: Super
Overworld Ability: Steve is able to pull off many professions in the work-force but none as intimidating as the Ninja. His special ability allows him to transform his garb into more appropriate ninja-like attire, and the power to hide in the shadows against enemy eyes.
Attacks: Remember Paper Mario and TTYD? Just like that.
*Level 1 Tumble-Tuck /FP:10/ Rolls into a ball to launch at an enemy. /Attack Power: 1
*Level 1 Trick Steal/FP:15/Twirls around the enemy to confuse it and steals a few coins. /Attack Power: 2
*Level 2 Ninja-Guy/ FP:20/ Throws ninja stars at all enemies/Attack Power: 3
*Level 3 Super-Guy/FP:25/Dons a Superhero outfit and dashes across the line of enemies/Attack Power: 5
