It was a blinding pastel road that rose high above the planet for means of racing. What Mimi was even doing up here was beyond reason. It was for a good cause though- or so she had hoped. She gulped nervously, glancing to her teacher in the passenger seat. This was for a good cause, she reasoned to herself.
Driver's. Training.
She played Mario Kart gazillions of times, why should this be hard? Certainly not because of the 5 gajillion mile drop into the planet below, or worse, deep SPACE. Who was in charge of this program anyhow?!
"Oho, I say, now the test shall begin!" The instructor whipped off his jacket revealing none other than stripedy Steve. Mimi let out a horrified squeal. "Are you authorized for this?!" He gave off a laugh and pulled on the stick, forcing the vehicle into drive.

And so the familiar Eerie continued floating mindlessly, looking around at the bright colors of the racing road. Until a blur-that-was-supposed-to-be-a-car passed by her along with the frightened scream of a girl. Rue stared at it curiously for a second before shrugging and continuing her way to a small building where the racers could sign in for classes or permission to used the road. "Hello, someone here~?" she called out as soon as she entered.

She tilded her head to the side, confused as to why he wanted all that information "My name is Rue... excuse me, sir. May I ask why you want to know all that information?... and what do you mean by 'identification' and 'origin'?" she asked staring at the Lakitu. "And where exactly are we?" she seriously needed to pay more attention to where she was going next time, but dear Grambi, she never though she would end up in SPACE.

Mimi jerked on the breaks, "STEVE!" She panted out. "You're a driving instructor? For REAL?" Steve cracked open a beer, "Of course. The best there is! " "I-isn't drinking and driving illegal, Steve?" Steve chuckled. "I'm NOT driving though, am I?" He took the oppurtunity to turn the radio on, "Loud noises will help you concentrate."
