Weapons: Usually, it's his rattle. He can also summon toys (such as teddy bears and horseys) at will to float and attack. But not out of thin air. When oversized, his rattle is much more powerful.
Strengths: Only when angry, he can grow to at least double Bowser's size. And that's big. His rattle's power is much more powerful, and the toys he summons grows for his size. That means huge horseys at you.
Weaknesses: He's a baby, which means he doesn't understand many things. And it's not very hard to knock him back and deal a lot of damage, especially with a rubber ball.
Personality: Although Chauncey is only a baby, one can obviously tell he is a spoiled brat. He can talk very clearly however, and this may show that he is a very bright child. He clearly wants to hurry up and be a "grown-up" but that's not happening--as ghosts cannot age. Poor kid.
History: Chauncey does not sleep. He only shakes his rattle and cries as if he's the only one in the mansion. His brothers (Henry and Orville) usually get tired of it as their room is right next to his, and Chauncey's parents quite frankly don't hear it. He was born as a ghost.
He encountered Luigi after he sucked up his parents, unknown to him. When Luigi hit him with a ball, he complained about being a grown-up and being small, when all of a sudden, he grew!
A very remarkable thing for a normal baby, but poor Luigi was about to pee his pants. This was a ghost. Luigi sucked him up, though, and now Chauncey was back in his painting again.
A rumor is that King Boo let him out again, but this is unconfirmed.
