I felt like just sharing it over at this end of the galaxy too seeing as how it's my first digital art since- my 200th picture I think. xDDDD I'm finally pushing back into a bit of a digital media "obsession" now and away from the pencils for a lil while. Also I did all the outlines by hand instead of the annoying program my brother gave me. I think they actually turned out a lot smoother given how this was an actual art program and the other wasn't. <D

I forgot to mention, the smudge stick one's really good too! That's mostly the smudge tool, right?

Actually no, all of these were just effects I found under the "Filter" section on Photoshop- there's a similar thing in GIMP too, it just does different things~ KD
I was just trying them out to see which one's looked cool enough for me to use later in other stuff. xDD

Well I can't find one that does a decent grain effect in GIMP.

You just gotta try them all. KD Sometimes they have weird names- like the very bottom left one was called Conte Crayon. Each program tends to come with different effects, I never really figured out how to get new ones but I'm sure there's a download place for that. |||D

Nope. Nothing works, they're all greared to either drug trips or black and white.

Well I haven't used GIMP's effects enough to remember, so I suppose check up on perhaps how to download grain effects through google or bing or something. xV
