Personality: Kamecia's a woefully disorganised girl. She studies a lot and knows a LOT of magic, however her memory is terrible she's known to write down any orders she gets and then recites them in front of her target. She doesn't really read things right either so she often gets spells mixed up. She's rather annoying and usually doesn't quite get the meaning of “Get lost!”. In spite of her memory she's still quite knowledgeable (as long as she has said knowledge written down) and curious as well as trusting. Lastly, she likes to speak her mind a lot which people tend to mistake for an insult.
Appearance: Kamecia is somewhat lean in stature compared to most Magikoopas, although she wears the same sized robes it's obvious they don't fit for example the hat often falls over her eyes. Her ill-fitting robe is green in colour and has an unusual pattern around the sleeves. Kamecia actually wears contacts rather than glasses and has a slightly shorter bill than most Magikoopas. She always carries around a seemingly bottomless brown side bag which she keeps her books and many, many memos. She does seem to have hair but her ill-fitting hat seems to hide it.
History: Not much to say, she grew up in a rather well-off family with her twin brother. At school she was always regarded as a mindless ditz, they weren't far from the truth. From her early life she had a keen interest in sorcery and basically fangirled over one sorcerer in particular, Kamek. After barely graduating she and her brother immediately joined the Koopa Troop but while her bro passed all the tests she constantly failed, often forgetting to even show up. Sometime after the events of Super Mario Galaxy 2 she really, really buckled down and for the first time in her life actually studied, yet she refused to talk about her brother anymore. In recent events she has currently sided with Wendy O. Koopa and defected from Bowser.
Not sure if she fits under anything, I don't think there's a minion form so I used a modified Partner profile. She's meant to be miniboss material.
