Strengths: With the sceptre mentioned above, he can do almost anything. Heal, attack, status and even induce a selected target in some odd mental dimension, although that's more of a stalling tactic.
Weaknesses: His main weapon can only store up to four spells at one time and casting them is slow. Also, without the magic his abilities are only slightly above average. Lastly, he's the only one of his siblings who's weak to fire, electric AND ice
Personality: Despite being rather evil, he's very affably so and even treats his most hated enemies with utmost respect. Hell, he'll even invite good guys to relax for a while, but damned be the fool who throws that hospitality back in his face. He's rather expressive and a bit dramatic when excited. Also, he's homosexual, although quite happily single.
