Her tongue often hangs out. It’s worth mentioning that her tongue works the same way as a Yoshi’s.
Hobbies: Messing with stones, pointlessly following people, climbing stuff, learning new things
Likes: People who tolerate her, fruit, trampolines, modern housing, reading, being petted (secret!)
Dislikes: Being stared at, getting her tongue stuck/yanked, being left out in the rain or cold... or anywhere really, spiked creatures (she can't keep 'em down), sudden noises

Swallow: Well, again self explanatory. Swallowed foes can be turned into eggs to be either spat out or laid to be thrown. Or she could just eat them, y'know, as food. A similar move can be used on allies, except the egg acts more as a protective shell.

Water pump: Can only be used in certain places of course. Birri swallows a huge load of water, which massively swells her belly, and greatly increases her ability to withstand physical blows. Of course, it can also be spat out at tremendous force.

Strengths: She's a master at long range attacking and a surprisingly effective team player. Also, being able to spit fireballs as well as eggs can keep an enemy on their toes. Being partially Yoshi, she can flutter jump and has a naturally good aim. Lastly, her speed may be average but she has brilliant stamina/health.
Weaknesses: Due to her vibrant colouring, she's about as subtle as a train wreck, on a boat. Her tongue can get caught, and she, like the majority of Birdos, doesn't like having stuff thrown at her. She doesn't have claws or much physical power and relies on longer range attacks. Also, unlike Yoshis and Birdos, she can only eat a certain amount of enemies, some of which weigh her down. Other than that, she isn't very heavy despite her name.

Being the odd quirk of nature she is, she hates being stared at by strangers, as she sees it, they're all judging her as a freak. When she was in her early teens, Birri wandered off in the middle of the night. She couldn't exactly leave Keelhaul key since it was, y'know, on an island that no one dared to approach, however, her friends and family hasn't seen her since she left. She spent a few years living alone until after the events of Paper Mario TTYD in which she stowed away on a leaving ship in secrecy. She somehow ended up in the main part of the Mushroom kingdom where she continued to be an awkward freak, even more so that before.
She could never successfully build any kind of shelter, so she always had to rely on the kindness of others to get by, or sleep out in the freezing cold. However, she never really stayed in one place at a time and usually left without the house owner even knowing. Given that Birri was a massive drain on resources and usually had eaten the family pet by the time she left, she was never missed. Eventually she'd have to leave the town since people usually became increasingly hostile to her for good reason. The fact that she went around talking to random people and animals, and then eating any that don't talk back to her, tended to anger and unnerve some people, not that she understood.

Spit cannon (2FP) Swallows an ally and then spits them at a foe with tremendous force, damage is the ally's attack X1.5 to the nearest whole number. If Birri doesn't have a teammate, then she cannot use this ability.
