Francis is an incredibly tall and bulky structured lizard. He had multicolored scales in an array of greens and yellows. He has large orange lips, similar to the size of a Cheep Cheep's or Piranha Plant's. He has a pair of black, top rimmed rectangular glasses with swirls in the lenses almost like Fawful, and has this strange sort of tassel protruding from the back that tends to twitch from time to time. He wears a large yellow shirt sporting colorful images of a few famous and infamous power ups from nearly all Mario games, as well as a black fanny pack that he carries many things inside of, his laptop preferably.

Weapons: His main artillery would have to be his beloved laptop computer. He can send out robotic meowbombs from it's processor commands, as well as lock you into strange and idiotic simulation programs such as Swoon.exe. He also has a flash camera with an incredibly bright lens that can potentially blind others if used enough. He even has a tongue quite similar to Yoshi's in that he can swallow his enemies whole, he can't turn them into eggs however, and can only spit them back up due to a weak stomach.
Strengths: Francis is a very intelligent person, and also very experienced when handling electronics, making it quite easy to bypass systems and create new technology. He also in general has a very large and intimidating stature to his body.
Weaknesses: Francis is not one to be considered a "smooth talker", he can become very bashful and unresponsive when put in a face to face type of situation, always resorting to his computer for assistance in analyzing and fixing the problem, even when it might already be to late. He also has chronic conditions such as Asthma or weak stomach control.
Personality: Francis is quite literally, the embodiment of a stereotypical "nerd". He'll love anything that he has interest in to the point of sheer obsession, and always try to act completely different than he really is when confronted with other people, especially women. He longs for the day to find the "babe of his dreams" where they can frolic together in his fortress eating Cheese-Ums and playing Magic Quest. He'll try to be sweet but he tends to force it out rather than be truly genuine, he can get very awkward and uncomfortable and when all else fails resort to troubleshooting on his computer for advice. He also has an uncomfortable sounding lisp, which although he doesn't notice it, it tends to turn most ladies off from him to begin with.
History: Long ago Francis lived with both of his parents, whom often trapped him indoors for fear of him catching unearthly diseases. This is what makes him so paranoid to leave his fortress as of today, but as a child he was curious of the outside world and the only trace of that seen in him nowadays is his curiosity for butterflies. His mother was a delicate, prim and proper woman, while his dad was a technological business man. Francis didn't like to be restricted by so many rules between the two of them, he wanted to be able to unleash his creative mind in every way, which inevitably led to his moving from home.
To keep him company he's built many robotic companions, especially Meow-Maids, which seem to be quite abundant throughout his little palace. He's also gone out of his way to make contacts over the course of online forums, but since leaving his old home has long forgotten how to truly "communicate" with anyone outside of himself.
