Weapons: She's another one that just uses her own strengths. Unlike her siblings, she actually makes use of her poison breath on a frequent basis. She's also got her tail which can cause quite a bit of damage.
Strengths: She's bigger, heavier and most importantly, stronger than females her age. She's no master strategist, but at least tries to employ decent tactics. Her tail can act as a spring and really boost her jump, this, combined with her weight, can cause tremours strong enough to knock foes back.
Weaknesses: Being as heavy as she is, she's naturally slow, she easily gets distacted in mirrors and she's a major coward. If anything seems to be going badly for her she'll resort to flattery, bargaining and false deals to save her own hide. Also, her overly long tail presents a disadvantage obvious to anyone who beat Bowser in Super Mario 64...
Personality: The first thing anyone will notice is that Julie's the worlds' worst narcissist. She's quite literally attracted to herself. She thinks she's better than everyone else and likes to show it. Despite her bossy, sometimes bullying nature, she's a notorious coward when things go wrong. Despite her self obsession, she at least shows some level of care for others (well, just her family) but obviously does not show it. Also, even with her delusions of perfection she cannot stand her own voice (it's like a higher pitched version of Marge Simpson's) and speaks in a constant falsetto.
History: Julie's the second-from eldest offspring of Damon and Valery Toxikoopa her only older sibling is Kelsey, the others are Caine, Bruce, Bebe (adopted), Burton, Tress and Flynn.
While most of her siblings have had training forced on them, Julie quite willingly picks fights with strangers and steals territory from local wildlife on her own. Since Kelsey got a place of his own, Julie's the eldest one still living with her parents. She's very frequently pampered and fussed over which has likely contributed to her colossal narcissism.
She and Tress are the main hunters of the family, while to most, getting enough food for eight may be a tedious task, it provides a well a appreciated release for Julie's more violent urges.
Due to immense cowardice, she hasn't actually experienced any actual hardships.
