Weapons: Wario just uses his own strength, rather than using power ups Wario has various reactions to various attacks, essentially gaining some ability of sorts like fire Wario, spring Wario, snowman Wario, zombie Wario or vampire Wario for example.
Strengths: In spite of his obese appearance, his arms are all muscle giving him strength almost equal to that of Bowser. Also, certain kinds of attacks such as fire and crushing don't hurt him as much as let him access temporary effects. He can also take a lot of physical abuse without complaint. In spite of his strength he can be quite cunning or even downright resourceful when he's not blinded by his greed or ego.
Weaknesses: With his stubby legs and scalebusting weight, both Wario's speed and jumping is poor, leading to trouble if he has to move too much. Also, all that fat really doesn't do his health any good. His greed and narcissism make him easy to trick as well.
Personality: As one might already know, Wario is pretty much the personification of greed, his whole life pretty much revolves around material possessions. Due to both his rough attitude and obesity most residents of the mushroom kingdom dislikes, pities or outright hates him. Although he never shows it, his lack of acceptance really gets to him, which explains why he so frequently takes comfort in materialism. He seems to work in extremes, he's either doing nothing worthwhile or working his butt off on either exploring or his company, Warioware. Inc. Although he's genuinely greedy to unbelievable extents and rather repulsive, he seems to actually try to stay close to his brother Waluigi and his Warioware Employees. Lastly, when angry Wario is known to often take the least rational and practical approaches, usually involving revenge vows or outright violence.
History: ((Well, a lot of history is dependant on which of Mario's you accept. So I'll just try to cover what could apply to both)) Wario's childhood is quite the mixed bag. While he was loved by his parents and had a modest but stable home life, the outside world was none too kind on him. Mostly due to his ugly nose and inconveniently-timed moments of flatulence he was a common subject of ridicule and exclusion. Only Mario seemed willing to even go near him, one might think they were best friends but Wario saw Mario as only the worst of the bullies. Mostly because they constantly played cowboys with Wario always stuck being the rustler and always losing, the only times Wario was allowed to be the Sheriff he just got laughed at.
When he turned 11 Wario became a total recluse and was home-schooled for the time being. Here, Wario turned to obsessive body-building using his dad's weights. Of course, he didn't know that he should have worked on more than just the arms so while the rest of his body remained fat his punches could dent walls. As a teenager he returned to school and quickly took his place as the school bully.
Despite being treated with fear and near-kingly privileges one thing still angered Wario, his old friend who, later in life, would attain near universal admiration and gratitude for fighting off the evil King of the Koopas, Bowser. Once again Wario was left stewing in his own hatred of Mario until he finally decided to actally do something about it. He somehow managed to convince the evil alien Tatanga to cause chaos in Sarasaland, using it as a distraction to seize Mario's new castle. Unfortunately his cunning plan was all for naught when Mario returned and bested him.
Afterwards he mostly worked towards getting a far better castle than Mario's to show him up but seemingly forgot about his grudge as he became richer and richer via whatever dirty tactic he can muster.

Okay, because Mario was given two possible histories, I've had to keep Wario's kinda vague to fit in properly. I'm gonna put it in review for now, if any changes need to be made to the history I can always just amend it. Okay?
