Personality: A talkative girl, Penny seems to have a lot of knowlege on many subjects. Whatever's she's saying though seems to lack understanding, due to her immense slur of 's' sounds because of her overbite, which she's in the process of trying to fix with braces. She can become a bit love-crazy when anyone mentions her obsession, and can often be driven to insane bursts of giggling and plotting for ways to take him home with her one day.
History:
Penny was living out the average, normal and predictable life, with the occasional kick-me sign being placed on her back. She attended Hoo-Hoo University for a short while. She's above average when it comes to school, and skipped a few grades.
One day however, her whole life changed. Her entire view on life ITSELF changed. All because of one person. That's right. Fawful.
She'd never been more inspired until she'd heard about him. He is to her, what the Mario Brothers are to the Toads in Mushroom Kingdom.
Since she'd heard of his treacherous acts throughout both kingdoms, as well as visiting her OWN University, she quickly dropped out no questions ask to pursue a life of following the little bean around, reporter style. She recorded everything she could dig up about him, his inventions, where he'd been, what he was doing until it became a hobby, obsession even. She is, and always will be, his number one fangirl. Whereever he is, you can count on it that she's not far behind, screaming his name.
Penny would even settle for being a lackey, but she'd rather help him build things that can make his dreams for world domination come true.
