Name: Hokey Pokey/ Hokay
Species: Pokey
Hometown: Saharasa Land, moved to Glitzville
Personality: Hokay is incredibly simple minded, he'll usually agree with anything somebody says and whatever is said first is what he'll try to believe, unless of course you convince him of your opinion more in which case he'll immediately side with you then after. He'll laugh at practically anything, even the driest of humor, there are very few things that can keep him from even so much as snickering a time or two.
Appearance: Hokay is roughly 5 cacti tall, his head base and middle are of a gold yellow with brown spikes and the other two a hazelnut brown color with a yellow color matching the other yellow. He has inverted eyes with bright red pupils. He also has a near about consistent smile, lest he's confused. Lastly he has a large pair of red sparkling deely bobbers that he refuses to take off, thinking of them as another part of his own body.
History: Hokay was certainly a......unique little boy- His parents were generally quite serious, but anytime they'd try so much as to speak a single word to him, he couldn't help but start to smirk and giggle from what they said. He would always cause a slew of problems around his home. If he ever was listening in on a conversation, almost right away he'd take it literally and over react in an instant, causing countless amounts of confusion. Other times he'd just be bouncing off the walls insane, usually from a sugar rush. The only thing that ever seemed to keep this boy in one place was watching battles in the Glitzpit. He loved to see contestants dueling it out, and because his parents didn't want anymore trouble out of him, they moved out to Glitzville to keep his cravings for guts and glory satisfied enough to where he won't decide to break something else.
Level: Average
Overworld Ability: Catapault- Hokay can lean all the way onto his back with perfect balance, holding you atop his head turning back upright will send you flying over any walls or ditches in your way.
Attacks: Remember Paper Mario and TTYD? Just like that.
*Level 1: Sandstorm/2/Can churn up a mass of sand or dirt by spinning his lower body, making it difficult for enemies to see, causing them to miss on occasion/0
*Level 1: Desert Mine/5/Sends his lower body flying out at enemies, striking them from any position they may be/3
*Level 2: Whack-a-Mole/4/Can approach only enemies on ground, but smacks his body down atop of them for massive damage directly, if wearing a spike then just normal damage/6-4
*Level 3: Catapault/7/Will send you flying into the air towards your enemy, allowing you to smack down with large concentrated power/7
