Appearance: Lemmy’s skin tone is the same as the other Koopalings (except Morton), having a yellow and tan skin complexion, as well as a green head like Larry, Ludwig, and Iggy. His most distinguishing feature are the two small orange/pink bars in the sides of his head. He also has a three-ribbed, padded stomach and padded feet. His mouth is turtle-shaped, as the bottom center of his top lip rounds down with the shape of his nose, and his lips curve at the edges. He has large, oval eyes that tend to look crossed. He has a very wild hairstyle: a multi-colored mohawk, that goes from yellow, pink, blue, yellow, pink, to blue; and ends up with a yellow ponytail with an orange tip. He has the same metal, spiked cuffs the others do, and his shell is orange.

Hobbies: Lemmy loves anything that has something to do with round objects, the circus or exercise; he can hardly stay still for a long time. He also loves to balance and perform tricks in his beach ball. He likes to play or pass time with his siblings.
Likes: Probably any kind of meat, especially spicy meat; Balls or round objects, Anything that may be related to tricks and/or circuses, Playing games (Giant Jacks anyone?
), Snow and Cold.
Dislikes: Being called a shrimp, Being ignored, Being forced into things, Twomps.

Symbol: Similar to Bowser’s flag, only with a golden/dark yellow background and his face’s silhouette in dark brown on the front, with two small snowballs in the bottom corners.
Weapons: Like his siblings, he uses a magic wand, but unlike them, he use it to appear many beach balls that can hit the enemy and make him/her/it stumble back, he also use it to make his own ball appear and balance on it. He is pretty dependant of the technology Iggy and Ludwig may create, using it to attack enemies and moving from one place to another quickly (without his ball). His shell can be used as a weapon too, he can make it spin and hit enemies, and the spikes are a great defense against enemies from above.
Strengths: His speed and agility are his main strength points; he can make his enemies over-confident with his size and actions and then confuse and attack them with quick moves. You don’t want him angry at you though, he has weird vibes (Vibe Island) that can make him very dangerous or crazy at times. He can spit fire, but not as much or as well as the others, yet it is more powerful. He also has a lot of energy.
Weaknesses: He doesn’t have a lot of physical strength, and even though his size makes him a difficult target, it keeps him from attacking thing from above and doesn’t let him make long-ranged and powerful attacks (fire breathe not included since he has poor accuracy). He has little control over his fire abilities. He has a fear of choking.
Personality: Lemmy is childish, immature and naive; he is also quite innocent and up-beat. He is actually quite friendly and ready to form a bond with anyone that tries and can keep up with him. He has the kind of personality that isn’t really into fights but can actually put up one if needed; he prefers to attack indirectly than head-on. He can be very aggressive if he is ticked off, which means once a blue moon. He is very playful and respect all his siblings, even if sometimes they don’t seem to return the feeling.
He is the clown, and as such he loves to make people laugh or at least smile; if he has something in his mind he will try his hardest to accomplish it. Once, he and the other Koopalings went to ‘Vibe Island’ and he was the most affected by the vibes... his humor can change in a blink from happy to sad to mad to calm, normally they are either calm or happy, sometimes sad, but if they are the angry vibes... be careful, he can be very cruel and still have a sweet smile in his face. If he start to panic or gets really worried he will start to make weird sounds instead of words, something between growls, whines and hisses.
History: Lemmy is the 2th oldest of Bowser’s children, between Ludwig and Roy. He has always being the clown of the family, but he is always ready to prove himself to his father. He actually doesn’t really want to rule a kingdom or something like that, he wants to join a circus or simply relax and do what he want. Every kingdom he has conquered has something to do with ice, cold or snow, and he like it that way.
He doesn’t really enjoy fighting against others but he is a worthy opponent, and if he sees it like a game or is ticked off he can be very strong and actually a little wild; in his free time he plays with some of his siblings (whoever want to play at the time) or practice his tricks; if he is somewhere near the snow he will probably stop doing whatever he is doing to go play in it.

* He has a small, almost invisible line in the side of his shell. That mark is a 'healed' crack in his shell from when a Twomp fell on him when he was younger (a little before Iggy was born maybe). The fall left him in a coma for some time and he woke up the day Iggy hatched <this is my theory as to why they were like 'twins' and inseparable when they were younger XD *shot*>
