(An Epic Mickey RP, shh don't tell anyone. >3>; )

(I apologize. This site's not intended for otherworldly RP's but seeing as how me and the yayums don't have anywhere else to post and we never catch each other on because we live in different time zones and what not, it makes it hard for us to start any RP's. I hope nobody minds. XD; I'll take it down when we're done I PROMISE. And besides, it's KINDASORTA still Mario since yayums' Oswald was in Mario. XD Maybe we'll mix random Mario characters into it so it still fits the criteria, MAN I'M SMART. )

The mirrors were all acting rather pecular one day. If anyone had walked past one, in their rooms, in stores, they probably would have hardly noticed. In fact, one couldn't tell what a mirror was like when it was pecular by mere sight alone. And unless you reached out to touch one, it would further go unnoticed. But for the few, who could hear a mirror beckoning at them, and so approached one to examine it, would find themselves horribly ensnared in a trap- into a world that was once forgotten, a world long since changed. The Wastelands.

"....Hey! Wake up!"



Slowly and hazily, the girl's eyes fluttered open, staring straight up- the first thing coming into view was the dark sky, swirling violet and grey clouds crashing into one another like waves from an ocean. Upon sitting up, she realized she had been laying on destroyed cobblestone, but the fog swirling around her made it hard for her to make out any surroundings.

"D-did someone....say something?" She murmered hesitantly, shifting around herself to look for the owner of the voice, but her mind was still dreary and blank on how she got here, and just where she was.

"Hehe!" A giggle erupted to her left but by the time she jerked to see, anyone who WAS there was gone.

"Hey! Please- tell me what's going on!" She called, weakly, helplessly, but recieved no answer. She finally got to her feet, wrapping her arms around herself to keep the chill from getting to her, but somehow she knew it wasn't just from the cold.

[noodles]

If you weren't looking closely then the scruffy grey figure on the ground would have looked dead but maybe if you stared long enough or dared to edge close to the body you presumed was dead then you would have seen its ear twitch and the steady rise and fall of its chest. Then you might have tried to help in some way. As it was there was nobody around to help, and the strange figure awoke to find itself alone and in an unfamiliar place. It struggled to find a reasonable explanation and for a long time it didn't move, eventually it pushed itself upright and called out in a hope that it wasn't alone in this place. "Is there anybody...Anybody there?!"

[Mimsie-chan]

"Hey!" The girl's voice rang out, calling desperately into the fog, hearing a different voice in the distance. "Hey, hello, I'm here!" She took a few steps forward, unable to see in front of her at what direction she was even going. She stumbled blindly through. "Please...."

[noodles]

The figure tilted its head slightly, wondering if it had imagined a faint voice..There was nothing to see through the thick fog but it was determined to find whoever or whatever it was that it had heard. It cautiously made its way forwards and called out in a wavering voice. "H-hello? Is there somebody out there?"

[Mimsie-chan]

"Yes! Me, I'M here!" She cried, outstretching her hands to feel for someone, or something. "Keep speaking please, so I can find you!"

[noodles]

The figures hopes were lifted a little, it called out again. "I'm right here, I think you're pretty close..I can hear you pretty clearly" It waved its hands around in front of it and looked hard into the fog for just a hint of a silhouette..Anything. "Hey! Are you still th-" It broke off as it stumbled into someone.

[Mimsie-chan]

Charlotte fell from the sudden knock into her. She landed on her rump, staring up at the figure looming over her. "Ah- h-hey. Who are you?"

[noodles]

Oswald stared down at the girl for a second and scratched his head awkwardly"I was gonna ask the same thing but uh, I'm Oswald..." He paused, unsure what to say and instead extended a hand to help her up. "W-who are you anyway?"

[Mimsie-chan]

She took it, pulling herself up. "I- I'm Charlotte. Do you....do you know what this place is?" She glanced away, slightly bashful. "I'm....lost." She looked embarassed, confused.

[noodles]

"I'd love to say I knew but to be honest, I don't, I'm just as lost as you are...I don't even know how I came to be here in the first place.." He searched his memory but there was nothing there to give him any clues. "So um...Do you know how you got here?"

[Mimsie-chan]

She shook her head in dismayal. "I just remember falling. At least I think I was falling. I felt this incredible wind rushing all around me. And then I...just woke up, to someone calling out to me. It sounded like a child's voice but....when I looked around I didn't see anyone, except you. Do you remember anything?"

[noodles]

"A..child?" Oswald hadn't heard anything like that, but if a child was lost in a place like this, well, he felt sorry for them. At the moment though he was more scared for himself though he was trying to keep it out of his voice. Charlotte's question caused him to try and think back again, maybe he had fallen...he could remember one little thing and that was.."The impact, like I'd fallen from a height and hit the ground, I can vaguely remember that~" He still had a slight headache to prove this. "But apart from that my mind's blank, I don't remember a thing.."

[Mimsie-chan]

"Maybe if we walk around a bit something will come back to us. It's better than standing here clueless." Charlotte said, wrapping her arms around herself to surpress her shuddering from the wind. "The wind's picking up too, maybe it'll blow the fog away."

[noodles]

Oswald nodded slowly. "If the wind blows the fog away we'll have a clearer view of our surroundings and we might get some idea as to where we are exactly.." He gritted his teeth as he was hit with a particularly chilling gust of wind. "It would be good if we could find somewhere a bit less open as well~"

[Mimsie-chan]

"I think I see some buildings in the distance." Charlotte squinted, drawing a hand to her forehead to narrow her view. "Come on." She stepped forward, looking around as the fog slowly began to dissipitate and allow them a better view of their surroundings, which were bleak and dismayal looking. She almost wished the fog would come back and cover it up. "What IS this place....it looks like a tornado hit it...."
