Pepper just responded with a shrug-........well, as much as a Bob-omb could shrug anyway. She peered into the distance spying the docks nearby and once again her anxiousness to reach Keelhaul grew stronger than ever. "C'mon Franc's~! Any slower we be goin' and we'll end up the'r past sundown!" She shouted gleefully, beginning to nudge at Francis' backside.

Francis trailed behind but sped up,when he saw his ship. Walking up to it,he peered around it. Good,no damage. Francis' ship was pretty large,considering he was the only one on it,and it has about 4 sails. A telescope was perched atop the bird's nest,and there was a small storage space down below. It surely wasn't big enough for a crew,but it was big enough for the two of them.

Pepper skipped up to the "fine" vessel in front of her, staring in awe. She had never actually ridden on a ship before, so the thought only excited her more. She squealed giddily before leaping up onto the deck, dashing left and right to look at every nook and cranny she could see, her eyes sparkling.

Francis smirked. "Ye like m ship,do ya?" He chuckled. "Well,it ain't much,but she's mine. cx" He said triumphantly. He went over to his telescope and peeked through it. He produced a compass form his cloak pocket and made a circle around the telescope. "Alrrrright..Keehaul..is...overrrrr that way.." He said,pointing left. "So we'll have to....turrn around. Hang on,little Bomb" He said,taking the wheel.

Pepper could hardly contain her excitement as she bounced around. She peered over the edge as the ship began to move. Standing at the ends of her feet she leaned far over the railing to watch the sparkling water brush up against the sides of the ship, a cool mist blowing up from it. She turned to stare into the distance. For now it was only an endless sea of blue- a single line separating the sky from the water. Soon though, land would be in their grasp once more.

Francis took a great hold of the wheel,and turned the ship further,bringing it to a fine speed. "Say therrre,Pepperr,would ye like to take contrrrol of hat therrre 'scope ferr me?" He asked. Since he was usually the only one on his ship,it would be nice to not have to go back and forth between scope and wheel. And,Pepper seemed pretty amazed here,anyways. Why not make more of her dreams come true?

Pepper squealed with delight as she twirled on her heels to face him. "Really Franc's!?" She shouted, skipping up into the bird's nest before he could give it a second thought. She peered through the lens eagerly, spinning round and round trying to see any sights of Keelhaul Key. When it was all nothing but emptyness aside from the pale haze of the town they left from in the distance, she stepped back just to take a deep breath. Listen to the ocean, feel it's cool breezes, and just take it all in.

Francis nodded. "I'd say yes,bit I see ye alrrready took yerrr posttion,therre." He chuckled. "Keep and eye out ferr otherrr ships,sometimes they don't be too frriendly." He warned,taking a look at his compass.

Pepper nodded, leaning back against the railing in somewhat of a zen moment. She felt so at peace out here- which was odd because usually water is what'll douse any sort of explosion she makes. Still, she tilted her head back and shut her eyes, just listening to all the wondrous sounds of the waves around her, and imagined what her soon to be encounter with her soon to be boyfriend would be like.~

Francis sailed on,keeping the ship steady. The water were calm,the breeze was just right,and it was perfect day to be sailing. Probably the best day for Pepper to be sailing for her first time. Francis felt happy to have someone going with him this time. He began to map out Keehaul's location in his head. "Let's see..." He mumbled,checking his compass again.

Pepper gradually seemed to be drifting off to sleep, when suddenly she jerked up hearing the ever so faintest noise of people chattering in the distance. She scrambled over to the scope peering out- seeing a large island in the distance! "Oi Franc's! Bogey at sev'n o' clock!!" She shouted jumping wildly. She had no clue what that meant- but after hearing it from tv, she was sure it had to mean something similar to what she was trying to get across.

Francis saw it,too,and he knew Keehaul was close. "Oy,that ain't Keehaul,but this island herrre marrrks that we'rrre almost therrre" He said joyfully. He turned the wheel,to catch the breeze and the ship got more speed,the island becoming larger.

"Oi Franc's you'r killin' me 'ere......." Pepper moaned, flopping over now feeling the boredom sink in. Sailing across an endless mass of blue wasn't as exciting to her as it was portrayed to be on television last she saw of it. Leaning over the railing she looked about with a glazed look in her eyes, tiredly keeping a watch for any oncomers.

Francis wasn't sure how long they had been sailing,but that island sure was out of sight now. Suddenly,another place was now in sight. It HAD to be Keehaul,right? RIGHT? Surely it was. Francis peered through his tiny travel telescope and took a glimpse at it. "Oy,we're here,Pepperrr! Get up,ya lazy bomb!" He shouted,ringing a little bell that he had in his pocket.

"WAH, HUHN!?" Pepper shouted with a sudden jerk and a burst of energy, she lept clear down from the next onto the deck and frantically dashed over towards the railing, nearly throwing herself off in her gusto. ((Look cookeh, I used it! :,D)) She threw herself back giggling wildly as she watched the shores come into view. She couldn't stand it! The moment she had been waiting for is finally in her grasp!! She's gonna get to see the bob-omb of her dreams in a matter of minutes~
