Mimi could bear it no longer. Her ADHD and excitement bubbled within before running past J onto the platform. "Professor, I'm gonna 'splloooooode! FIRE IT UP!~" She squealed. Professor Gadd grinned, flicking a switch. "Wish me luck guys!~" She told the males, shutting her eyes tightly and PRAYING her future would be bright. In a flash she was gone.
Hurtling through time was a completely new experience for Mimi, if not a scary one. As colors and bursts of light flew past her, suddenly her eyes opened and she was standing there. Just like that. Slowly, she surveyed her surroundings. "....Where am I?~" Taking a step forward, she vaguely recognized the bustling streets to be Toad Town- albeit much darker, and more koopa occupants then Toads. Looking above her, the once sparkling stone fountain that paid homage to the stars had been replaced by a much more sinister structure. "Buh-BOWSER?!" Looking about her, she saw there were flags atop every building, bearing his mark. What had happened?! Looking over the fountain edge, she gained a peek at herself. She looked almost the same, physically- medium length auburn hair- SHOCKINGLY and poutily, she noted she hadn't grown hardly at all, but most shockingly of all, Bowser's symbol, his insignia, was on her hat- her beloved pink relic and tribute to Mario.

J shrugged. "I guess I'll tell her when she gets back." He said, still giddy about his future! What an awesome thing to look forward to! "There was one thing I thought was odd....a minion told me there was a war. Between Mario and Bowser. I guess Bowser won, because I saved him. I wonder how Mimi's doing..." He said, cutting himself off, seeing nobody was listening.

Mimi was shocked- she slowly slumped to the fountain base, trying to take calm breaths and cermise what could've possibly happened-- her hero was MARIO- why was Bowser's sign on her hat and more importantly, why was Toad Town LIKE this? It was wrong- certainly not the future she imagined for herself. Looking towards the castle, which she silently prayed looked the same, she saw that it outwardly it was the same looking castle, and she was relieved. Maybe Princess Peach was still here- but why would she allow all of this to happen? More importantly- where WERE her beloved idols, the Mario Brothers? She stood, taking a deep breath and tried to run past the town without looking at her surroundings. This wasn't the image of Toad Town she wanted to remember. Mimi ran without stopping towards the one place where she thought she could get answers- thankfully the house came into view and she doubled over, panting hard. She slowly approached the house, taking each creaking step towards the door before slightly pausing. What if.......something had happened.....?
No! She couldn't think like that- she refused. Slowly she knocked lightly on the door, praying silently.

Luigi rubbed somewhat painfully at his head, leaning up from on the couch after a long nap. Throwing himself up and dawning his ever Luigi-esque black cap and overalls, complete with bracelets straight out of the darklands- wait what!?
Pulling at the door hard with his weak muscles he peered out from behind, slightly fearful of what lurked behind. Seeing who it was- he let out a small squeak of terror and shrank back. "M-M-M-m-m-MINISTER M-M-Mimi?? W-w-what and hon-HONOR it his to have you here. P-Please! Come in.~" He told her in a cheerfully fearful way, gesturing for her to come inside. He did NOT want to make her upset- if anybody EVER heard this girl cry.......
He gulped loudly at the thought of what could happen.

((Well- I sorta had a devious idear going and if Mario popped in it may throw me off a bit at the moment, but after I get Luigi to explain schtuff he can pop up prolly.~ KD However we URGENTLY need a Mario back at Midnight Madness, missy. xDDD))

(Your Luigi description reminds me of that epic comic~ where Weegee and Bowser were bros. XD )
Mimi stared up at Luigi curiously, shock hitting her in several areas. For one, she was staring into the face of one of her hero's, and it felt comforting in a way. But on the other hand, something was terribly, terribly wrong with the whole picture. "Minister...?" Shrugging off the strange form of greeting, she wiped her feet against the door mat and squeezed herself in. "Thank you-" She croaked out nervously before clearing her throat, trying to calm herself. "Uhm- Luigi.....I......I'm a little confused....at everything.....I was hoping you could help me."

"Oh yes YES any thing for you sweetie- ANYTHING YOU A WANT. Just n-name it.~ c:" He chirped out to her, offering her a seat at the dining room table. You could see the nervousness in his eyes as he watched her move, his knees buckling. What struck him though was her stature. She looked so- child like. I mean sure she hadn't grown much higher in recent years but, there seemed to be even more of an air of innocence to her. Much different than the norm of her black licorice flavor with a candy coating on top.

Mimi slowly took a seat, feeling foreign to her body and surroundings- even if they did include a familiar face. "Luigi I'm....-" She looked into her hands before glancing at him, somwhat taken aback at the look he regarded her with. He look horrified. "Luigi.....what's happened here...?" She whispered, in one smooth movement removing her cap and placing it on the table in front of her. "Why haven't you and Mario....DONE anything?"

Luigi took a hesitant seat across from her, looking every inch of her being over with his eyes, very carefully. He could tell this isn't the same "minister" that visited him last week, she was truly lost and confused. It took him aback a bit but- it was more or less a large relief. Running a gloved hand through his hair he re affixed his cap and let out a deep sigh. "How could we- it was HOPELESS for us when we taught you everything we knew.... back when we didn't know any better-" He slowly began. "We taught you every jump, spin, punch, anything you could think of- but that meant you also knew our every move.... we didn't have any tricks up our sleeves to stop you because you already knew them!" He shouted throwing his arms up into the air. "........We- we had no clue you were working for the koopalings the entire time, poor Mario- he a thought you had the potential to follow right in his footsteps! Like you were his own kid sister." He finished with a whimper. "Mario was so ashamed that he actually a helped Bowser's take over that- he hasn't left the house since it happened...." He pointed over towards the living room, where a paper bag dawned, undershirt wearing portly plumber sat slumped into the old recliner. TV going and a bowl of pasta in his lap, mindlessly eating away. "I didn't want a too cause even a more a trouble- s-so I allied with a Bowser too, just so he won't a rip my limbs off when I go to the a store. OTL" He told her, hanging his head in shame over his sheer cowardice.

Mimi was gaping, shaking her head back and forth, eyes brimming with tears. It couldn't be true- it just couldn't! She tumbled out of her seat, crawling backwards until her back was against the wall, her cap with Bowser's insignia staring at her from the table. "I....I don't believe..." She grabbed at her head, wincing. "NO, you're WRONG!" She cried at him, stumbling to her feet, trembleing and crying. "I wouldn't DO that!! It's wrong--" Choking back a sob, she made for the other room to Mario. Surely he'd tell her what had really happened, and all of this was some sick, cruel joke. "Tell me the truth!" She sobbed, "Tell me why....." She held her face against her head, tears spilling out against her skin.

Luigi stammered out of his seat backing up from her a bit- it was clear at least that she didn't have the intercom she used before to call on whenever something upset her, but from rubbing the bruises on his shoulder from Roy's last pummeling, he didn't want to be around for this one, so he ran off to cower in his room par usual.

Mario paid no mind to Mimi or Luigi as he sat eating his pasta. He wouldn't want anything to do with Mimi-the one he had trusted to follow in the heroic path. Mario still to this day wondered how someone like her could have done someting like that. To be so innocent and sweet, it was a mystery why shge chose to help BOWSER. But it didn't matter-what had been done was a terrible mistake and it could not be undone.
Meanwhile back in the lab Ludwig headed for the door. "Vell my patience is running out and I'm vored. I'm sure zat you don't care I'm leaving vut I zought I might as vell invorm you~" He said in a droll tone as he headed out.
((Aaaaand I'm sending Luddy back to Castle Koopa~))
