Mimi was about to say something else, but was cut off by the male koopa shouting her name through the crowd of Toad's bustling the streets. She looked over her shoulder at him, waving a hand into the air. It wasn't as if she was hard to find, she had a bright pink hat on her head. She turned back around to Flynn, crossing her arms across her chest. "How come you're such a meany? What did I ever do to you?~"

"Why?" Flynn asked back... of course, if he didn't act pointlessly mean he'd probably be disowned, and he couldn't possibly survive on his own, however he couldn't really say that to this stranger. Opting for a more fittng answer he replied "Because you're girly and stupid, and have no fashion sense!"

She frowned, pushing her bangs out of her eyes from her hat weighing them down. "That isn't very nice!" A.J. stepped up behind her, glaring down. "What's not nice?" He asked. She turned, pointing an accusing finger towards Flynn as she spoke helplessly. "He called me girly and stupid! And said I dinn't have any fashion sense!" A.J. rose a brow at the koopa. ".....Well that's just ridiculous." Mimi's expression softened at his words, but quickly heated up at his next words, "You're hardly "girly". If anything he should've said you were ANNOYING, stupid, and had no fashion sense." The male cracked a smirk down at her red face and he finally shrugged. "That was a joke, Mims.~"

"Annoying?" Flynn giggled to himself "I'd say hilarious myself." He gave Mimi and A.J. a smirk "I've never seen anyone with LESS dignity than me before." he proclaimed folowed up woth more laughter.

Mimi's face became beet red, and she flailed a fist at Flynn. "Just what 'issat supposed to mean?! Here I was walkin' along minding my own business an' you make fun of me and steal my hat?" A.J. shrugged. "You're wearing it now, aren't you? Then stop making such a scene." He turned, stuffing his hands into his pockets. "Pick up some 'shrooms on your way home, Mims." Mimi pouted, stomping her foot into the dust, glaring at Flynn.

"You know, I bet everyone's looking at you now. Listen to the smart guy, he actually has some sense." Flynn sneered. Of course he didn't think much of A.J. really, but it made a good taunt. He couldn't wait to tell dad how much misery he caused for a complete stranger, he'd be so proud.~

Her face steadily gained a shade of purple-it was so easy to upset her and since she hardly ever truly got angry, she exploded in a different manner.
"....You're......."
She stomped over, cheeks puffed out and she grabbed his arm, yanking him. Her eyes flashed for a moment and suddenly she threw Flynn upwards in a strength that wasn't her own. Still holding the koopa now overhead, she threw him forward. "--A BIG FAT POOPY HEAD!!" She squealed as she let go of him.
And then she stood there, watching him fly, with a completely blank stare. "Whoa.~" She finally murmered and she slowly turned to look at A.J who was glaring at her in a harsh manner. She was always such an embarassment in public.

This was just humiliating for Flynn. He just got thrown about by a noodle armed spazz, and it HURT! Still not sure about what he was going to do in reurn, he chose to play dead for now.

A.J. crossed his arms, affixing her with a disapproving stare. "Those aren't toys. You're never gonna become a hero. Heroes don't fling people into the next country." Mimi held up a finger in protest. "Mario flings Bowser all the time!" A.J. glared. "Yea, when he's doing something that causes the entire kingdom to be in jeoparody. Does this guy look like a huge threat to the world?" He held out a hand, gesturing to Flynn's still form. Mimi bit her lip, shaking her head. "No." She whimpered out and sighed, walking towards him. "Uh...I'm really sorry..." She poked at him curiously.

Flynn almost reacted from feeling the sharp jabbing of Mimi's finger, still, he resisted the urge even if he was a little scared at the moment.

Suddenly she became all teary-eyed, sniffeling. "Oh geez! I'm so sorry---I....I dinn't mean to do it! I dunno what happened!" She was always so kind-natured and the fact that she'd managed to get all worked up, even if he WAS a thief, only made her dream of becoming a hero that much further away. It wasn't in her to be mean! And A.J. was right, the Professor hadn't gave her these just to use whenever she felt like it. Oh, she felt simply awful now. She grabbed Flynn, bawling into his face. "I'M SO SORRY! SPEAK TO ME!!!"

A.J. continued to stand there, glaring in a bored manner at Mimi, who continued to shake Flynn back and forth. Finally she let him drop to the ground, a few Toads looking on in bewilderment. "A-Arnie...." She turned to face him, biting her lip. He opened his mouth to chastize her for saying his name in public but quickly snapped it shut when he saw the look on her face. Gravely she replied, "I THINK HE'S DEAD!~" A few Toads gasped in shock. Mimi looked absolutely mortified.

Suddenly, a short green shyguy stepped through the crowd of gasping and horrified Toads, flailing his stubby arms. "Make way, coming through! I say, you're quite the murderer, murderess, murderite, aren't you, pink one?" Mimi held up her hands in defense, shaking them. "Oh no! I-it was an accident, I swear!" She cried. He pointing a nubby arm at her. "Ah. Claiming innocence? Do not let this foul beast fool you, my friends!" He bellowed to the crowd. "She's clearly a trained killer!" A.J. stepped forward. "No she's not!" Steve whirled around. "And how would you know?" A.J. flailed a hand at the shyguy. "Because we're friends! And so are you! Hello, do you have any recollection of the adventure we all went on together?" Steve paused to think for a moment, prodding his mask. "Steve has never seen the likes of either of you killers. KILLERS! You killed this poor boy-" He kicked at Flynn's ribcage for good measure. "-And now all of us are in danger as well!"
